About InnoVamos
The InnoVamos project aims to strengthen the innovation ecosystem by enhancing collaboration and technology transfer between academic and business entities in the Macaronesia and West Africa regions. The project addresses the challenge of consolidating an effective symbiosis between universities, research centres, and businesses, particularly in strategic sectors, to promote open innovation and technology transfer.

- A precise definition of the research areas within the innovation ecosystem, aligned with business needs.
- Effective valuation and knowledge transfer to companies.
Territorial Cooperation
Scaling the innovation ecosystem, expanding its reach from insular to regional, to address shared challenges and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the innovation process in the region.

This project stands out for its integrative and collaborative approach, placing SMEs at the core. It seeks to maximise the efficiency of open innovation and boost technology transfer by fostering territorial cooperation and aligning academic research with business needs.

We explored an amazing prototyping center, where proof-of-concept tests are developed from research results. ![]()

💡 We also got to know the powerful entrepreneurship program these two institutions run together to inspire young students to become entrepreneurs. ![]()
